Requirements Traceability Explorer

Overview This Explorer is tailored to the needs of the Business Analyst beginning to define a business transformation program.  It provides for the definition of business requirements that will eventually be enhanced with more detailed requirements for each of the participating disciplines (IT, HR, Facilities, Operations).  This Explorer provides the analyst with rapid intuitive access to the sequences of information accumulated during high level analysis.  It captures knowledge and competencies in the context of business process descriptions.  Organizational models capture the framework of the business being analyzed.
